BMC Cancer dergisinde yay\u0131mlanan bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma, \u00e7oklu omik teknolojileri kullanarak kolorektal kansere \u00f6zg\u00fc yeni t\u00fcm\u00f6r ili\u015fkili otoantijenleri tespit etti ve hastalar\u0131n serumlar\u0131ndan elde edilen otoantikorlar\u0131n tan\u0131sal potansiyelini ortaya koydu. Bu antijenler aras\u0131nda HMGA1, NPM1, EIF1AX ve HSP90AB1 gibi bilinen baz\u0131 onkogenik proteinler yer ald\u0131.
