Yeni bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, hepatosel\u00fcler karsinomda \u00f6nemli rol oynayan belirli RNA ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 proteinlerin (RBP\u2019ler) t\u00fcm\u00f6r ilerlemesi ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k ortam\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenlenmesindeki kritik etkileri ortaya konulmu\u015ftur. Bu RBPler, HCC \u00f6rneklerinde anormal ifade d\u00fczeyleri g\u00f6stermeleri nedeniyle se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece kanserde RNA ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 proteinlerin rol\u00fcne ili\u015fkin kapsaml\u0131 ve kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131 bir perspektif sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada istatistiksel analizlerde Student\u2019s t-testi ve lojistik regresyon y\u00f6ntemleri kullan\u0131larak, toplamda 42 adet hepatosel\u00fcler karsinom progresyonuna ba\u011fl\u0131 RNA ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 proteinler (HPARBPs) belirlenmi\u015ftir. Bu molek\u00fcler grup, t\u00fcm\u00f6re \u00f6zg\u00fc d\u00fczenleyici a\u011flar\u0131n \u00e7ekirdek mod\u00fcllerini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kararak, kanser h\u00fccrelerinde RNA\u2019n\u0131n i\u015flenmesindeki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ama \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin t\u00fcm\u00f6r biyolojisini nas\u0131l etkiledi\u011fini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.
