Nature dergisinde 23 Nisan 2025 tarihinde yay\u0131mlanan bu deneysel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, ba\u011f\u0131rsak bakterilerinin \u00fcretmi\u015f oldu\u011fu baz\u0131 yan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin kana kar\u0131\u015farak l\u00f6semi \u00f6ncesi uyku halinde bulunan h\u00fccrelerin \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131n\u0131 tetikledi\u011fini ortaya koydu. Ya\u015fl\u0131 bireylerin plazmas\u0131na maruz kalan kan h\u00fccrelerinde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc TIFAsom \u00fcretimi g\u00f6zlemlenirken, gen\u00e7 bireylerden al\u0131nan plazmada bu reaksiyon olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyede kald\u0131. UBE2N\u2019nin inhibisyonu, ADP-heptoz varl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bile premalign h\u00fccrelerde \u00e7o\u011falmay\u0131 etkili bi\u00e7imde \u00f6nledi. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ba\u011f\u0131rsak mikrobiyotas\u0131 bozukluklar\u0131, sistemik inflamasyon ve klonal hematopoezin kesi\u015fme noktas\u0131 olarak ba\u011f\u0131rsak ekosistemi \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. B\u00f6ylece ya\u015flanmayla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131nda ba\u011f\u0131rsak bariyeri b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn ve mikrobiyal dengenin korunmas\u0131 \u00f6nem arz ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Klinik pratikte bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma, hastal\u0131ks\u0131z d\u00f6nemde yani pre-l\u00f6semi a\u015famas\u0131nda m\u00fcdahale edilerek l\u00f6seminin ilerlemesinin \u00f6nlenmesi fikrini destekliyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ekibi, ADP-heptoz sinyal aktivitesini \u00f6l\u00e7ebilen yeni bir TIFAsom testi geli\u015ftirerek erken te\u015fhis ve tedavi takibi i\u00e7in umut vadeden bir biyobelirte\u00e7 sundu.
