CHIP, kemik ili\u011findeki hematopoetik k\u00f6k h\u00fccrelerin ya\u015fam boyunca edindi\u011fi somatik mutasyonlar\u0131n geni\u015flemesiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00d6nceden kardiyovask\u00fcler hastal\u0131klar ve hematolojik kanserlerle ili\u015fkilendirilmi\u015f olan CHIP\u2019in, solid organ kanserlerinde ne \u015fekilde rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise pek bilinmiyordu. Dahas\u0131, TI-CH varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, CHIP\u2019in tek ba\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi etkiden \u00e7ok daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde hastal\u0131k n\u00fcks\u00fc ve \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6ng\u00f6rebiliyordu.<\/p>\n<p>PEACE ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n otopsi verileri incelendi\u011finde, TI-CH\u2019nin sadece primer t\u00fcm\u00f6rler de\u011fil, metastatik yani kanserin yay\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 uzak organlardaki lezyonlarda da yayg\u0131n oldu\u011fu do\u011fruland\u0131. CHIP mutasyonlar\u0131 en \u00e7ok miyeloid h\u00fccreler i\u00e7inde bulundu. Miyeloid h\u00fccreler; inflamasyon, doku onar\u0131m\u0131 ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k bask\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 roller \u00fcstlenerek t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminden ka\u00e7mas\u0131na zemin haz\u0131rlayabiliyor. Bu durum, kanser h\u00fccrelerinin ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminden saklanmas\u0131na ve daha h\u0131zl\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131na uygun ortam sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>TI-CH\u2019de saptanan genler aras\u0131nda TET2 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.
