Mesane SmCC, nadir g\u00f6r\u00fclmesine ra\u011fmen son derece agresif seyriyle onkoloji prati\u011finde zorlu bir ba\u015fl\u0131k olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu kanser tipi, \u00f6zellikle tan\u0131 ve tedavi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan belirsizliklerle \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karken, Japon ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, kanser h\u00fccrelerinin geli\u015fiminde rol oynayan belirli transkripsiyon fakt\u00f6rleri (TF) \u00fczerinden alt tip s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmas\u0131 yaparak yeni ufuklar a\u00e7t\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck h\u00fccreli karsinomlar, \u00f6zellikle akci\u011fer ile \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fmi\u015f n\u00f6roendokrin \u00f6zellikleri ve h\u0131zl\u0131 ilerleyi\u015fleriyle bilinir. Ancak akci\u011fer d\u0131\u015f\u0131 organlarda geli\u015fen k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck h\u00fccreli karsinomlar, mesane gibi farkl\u0131 dokularda benzer patolojik \u00f6zellikler ta\u015f\u0131makla birlikte kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc molek\u00fcler ve histolojik farkl\u0131l\u0131klar da g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu durum, mesane k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck h\u00fccreli karsinomlar\u0131n\u0131n, di\u011fer epitelyal kanserlerle birlikte ortaya \u00e7\u0131karak farkl\u0131 h\u00fccresel k\u00f6ken ya da farkl\u0131la\u015fma yollar\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlilik, NEUROD1 transkripsiyon fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ifadesinde belirginle\u015fti.
