Bu \u00f6nemli bulgular, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi ile lenfoma ilerleyi\u015fi aras\u0131ndaki karma\u015f\u0131k ili\u015fkiyi anlamakta \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m te\u015fkil ederken, te\u015fhis ve tedavi uygulamalar\u0131nda yeni ufuklar a\u00e7may\u0131 vaat ediyor. MDSC\u2019ler, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini bask\u0131layan etkili \u00f6zelliklere sahip, olgunla\u015fmam\u0131\u015f miyeloid h\u00fccre grubudur ve farkl\u0131 kanser t\u00fcrlerinde bu h\u00fccrelerin rol\u00fc gittik\u00e7e artan bir ilgi oda\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak DLBCL \u00f6zelinde bu h\u00fccrelerin ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k dengesine katk\u0131s\u0131 uzun zamand\u0131r belirsizli\u011fini koruyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Bilim insanlar\u0131, yeni tan\u0131 konmu\u015f DLBCL hastalar\u0131 ile sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bireylerin periferik kan \u00f6rneklerindeki MDSC oranlar\u0131n\u0131 ak\u0131ll\u0131 ak\u0131\u015f sitometrisi y\u00f6ntemleri ile hassas \u015fekilde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmledi.
