Ba\u015f ve boyun skuam\u00f6z h\u00fccreli karsinomu (HNSCC) ise agresif seyri ve tedaviye diren\u00e7li yap\u0131s\u0131yla klinikte zorlu bir kanser tipi olarak \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Yeni yay\u0131mlanan kapsaml\u0131 bir BMC Cancer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, HNSCC\u2019de laktat metabolizmas\u0131 ile t\u00fcm\u00f6r mikro\u00e7evresindeki ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k dinamikleri aras\u0131ndaki karma\u015f\u0131k ili\u015fkiyi a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kararak alanda \u00f6nemli ilerlemelere imza atmaktad\u0131r.
