Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n heterojen yap\u0131s\u0131 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck sa\u011fkal\u0131m oranlar\u0131, hastalar\u0131n do\u011fru \u015feklide s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve tedaviye uygun hale getirilmesini zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor.
