Bu kanser t\u00fcr\u00fc, h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve metastaz yapma e\u011filimi nedeniyle tedavi se\u00e7eneklerinin s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131yla bilinir. Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n molek\u00fcler mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, etkili tedavi stratejileri geli\u015ftirmek ad\u0131na kritik \u00f6neme sahiptir. RNF157 hem bir E3 ligaz olarak t\u00fcm\u00f6r b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini desteklerken hem de RIG-I arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k g\u00f6zetimini zay\u0131flatmaktad\u0131r.
