BMC Cancer dergisinde yay\u0131mlanan ara\u015ft\u0131rma, CASC19\u2019un RNA ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 protein SNRPA\u2019yla etkile\u015fim halinde kanser h\u00fccrelerinin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini, metabolizma d\u00fczenlemelerini ve metastaz yetene\u011fini nas\u0131l art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131yla inceleyerek yeni tan\u0131 ve tedavi yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131na kap\u0131 aral\u0131yor. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, kolorektal kanserin molek\u00fcler seviyedeki karma\u015f\u0131k mekanizmalar\u0131na \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutarak hastal\u0131kla m\u00fccadelede \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 olarak kabul ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya genelinde y\u00fcksek \u00f6l\u00fcm oranlar\u0131yla dikkat \u00e7eken kolorektal kanser, \u00f6zellikle agresif metastaz ve tedaviye diren\u00e7 nedeniyle sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131nda ciddi bir sorun olmaya devam ediyor. LncRNA\u2019lar\u0131n kanser biyolojisindeki d\u00fczenleyici rollerine ili\u015fkin son y\u0131llardaki yo\u011fun ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, KRK\u2019daki etkilerinin tam olarak anla\u015f\u0131lamamas\u0131 nedeniyle bu alanda bilgi bo\u015fluklar\u0131 yarat\u0131yordu.
