K\u0131sa zincirli amino asitlerden olu\u015fan peptidler, kanser h\u00fccresine \u00f6zg\u00fc molek\u00fcler resept\u00f6rleri ve proliferasyon yollar\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyerek y\u00fcksek \u00f6zg\u00fcll\u00fckle h\u00fccreleri y\u00f6nlendirme ve ila\u00e7 ta\u015f\u0131mada kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. H\u00fccre i\u00e7ine ge\u00e7i\u015fi kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran peptidler ve t\u00fcm\u00f6r hedefleyen peptidler, neoplastik h\u00fccrelerde se\u00e7ici ila\u00e7 al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmakta, b\u00f6ylece tedavi yerelle\u015ftirilmektedir. Bu t\u00fcr ak\u0131ll\u0131 sal\u0131m mekanizmalar\u0131 kemoterapi, radyoterapi, fototerapi ve imm\u00fcnoterapi gibi \u00e7ok modlu tedavilerin koordine edilmesine olanak tan\u0131yarak, antit\u00fcm\u00f6r etkinli\u011fin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 dokular\u0131n korunmas\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Serviks kanserinde a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n etkin y\u00f6netimi ise hala \u00f6nemli bir klinik sorun olmaya devam etmektedir. Rahim a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131n anatomik karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00e7evre dokuya yay\u0131lmas\u0131yla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan hem nosiseptif hem de n\u00f6ropatik a\u011fr\u0131lar, klasik analjeziklere s\u0131kl\u0131kla diren\u00e7lidir. Bu nedenle bitkisel kaynakl\u0131 kannabinoidlerin entegre kullan\u0131m\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekici bir yakla\u015f\u0131m sunar. Kannabinoidler, periferik ve santral a\u011fr\u0131 yolaklar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik spesifik hedeflere etki ederek opioid kullan\u0131m\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 riskleri azaltmakta; preklinik modellerde G proteinine ba\u011fl\u0131 resept\u00f6rler ve ge\u00e7ici resept\u00f6r potansiyel (TRP) kanallar\u0131n\u0131n analjezik etkideki rolleri a\u00e7\u0131klanmaktad\u0131r.
